How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

            In the your confirmation email there will be a link to cancel your order. If there isn’t one, please contact us ASAP, we can do it manually for you.

 

How do I track my order?

            A confirmation email will be sent, this will contain a tracking number for you. There is also an option to get updates sent to you by inputting a phone number or email during the checkout process.

 

My order never arrived.

            Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

            Please contact customer service for assistance. We’d be more than happy to ship out what we missed when packaging your order, at no charge to you!

 

My product is missing parts.

            Please contact customer service for assistance. We’d be more than happy to ship out what parts your missing, at no charge to you!

 

When will my backorder arrive?

            We typically do not sell items for back ordered. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

 

How much is my shipping?

            Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. There is always a free shipping offer! Free shipping is done by USPS and usually only takes a few days, plus handling time. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

How do I return my product?

            Please email us at admin@bigdoings.com, we can walk you through it.

 

I received the wrong product.

            If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within a week of receiving the product. We’d be more than happy to correct the mistake. But we ask that you not wait longer than the 7 days to bring something to our attention.

            Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. We typically ship within 72 hours, if not within 24 hours.

 

Do you ship to my country?

            We do not ship to every country unfortunately. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries during the checkout process, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

            During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

            You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

 

I have a question on my charges.

            If a discount code, or the automatic discount isn’t working for you please let us know, we would like to save you money! If any charges do not look correct on your monthly statement, as it doesn’t match your invoice please contact us.

 

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

            A email confirmation will be sent after the purchase is complete. If you do not receive one please contact us, we would be happy to look into it for you!

 

When will my credit appear on my account?

            Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

 

When will my credit card be charged?

            Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
